Lean Certification

We offer a broad range of customized services to meet your process improvement needs.  The most recent addition is our Lean Certification program.  This is a unique program to get you on the road to Lean.  The program is tailored to meet your needs:

1 - Order the material that includes participant books, presentation slides, and facilitator guide.  This enables your training group and Lean leaders to deliver the material and monitor the results.

2 - Order the material, Ferguson and Associates provide a one week on site train-the-trainer session and certify all attendees.  The certified attendees receive all the presentation slides and facilitator guides.

3 - Ferguson and Associates provide on site training and lean leadership, mentoring your designee to help them acquire the skills to move into the Lean leadership role.

All the programs are available in a media to meet your requirements.  Our goal is to help your organization gain the necessary skills to lead the Lean initiative.

Five S Training

On site Five S training includes all books and forms for successful Five S implementation.  The program can be modified to meet your organizational business strategy to assure system alignment.  Call for quotes.

This half day session is for managers who have the resonsibility for Five S implementation.  The session focus is on change management, dealing with resistance and, team building.
